Cancellation Policy

Your Appointment Matters to Us

We recognize that unexpected events can occur and schedules may need to be adjusted. However, respecting appointment times is crucial for both our clients and our practitioners.

Each appointment is reserved specifically for you, and last-minute changes or missed visits affect our ability to provide care to others. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have outlined the following policies:

  1. Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment.

  2. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $100 fee, charged to the card on file.

  3. No-Show Policy: Missing an appointment without notifying us will result in a $150 fee. After two no-shows, we may discontinue your care.

We appreciate your understanding and commitment to these guidelines, as they help us provide exceptional service to all our clients. By honoring your appointment, you allow us to maintain an efficient schedule and deliver the quality care you deserve.


PAyment Policy

What Forms of Payment do you accept?

All major credit cards and cash. We do not accept insurance, and we do not write insurance pre-authorizations.

When do I need to pay my bilL?

Payment is due at the time of your service. After your consultation or treatment, you will be brought to the front desk to discuss payment options.

Can I add a card on file?

Yes! When you create your Jane App login and fill out your forms, you will be indicated to enter your preferred credit card information to have on file. Don't worry, we will never charge you for a service without your knowledge. 

Are there any fees associated with services?

No, there are not. However, we have a cancellation policy that states you must notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time or cancel via your Jane account. Thank you for your understanding.

How is my credit card information protected?

Patient comfort and privacy is of the utmost importance, and we take it very seriously. For this reason, we utilize Jane App to process all credit card payments because of the administrative, technical, and physical safeguards they put in place to protect customer information from misuse, theft, unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and/or destruction. We take all the necessary measures to help ensure your information is as safe as possible.

What is the refund policy?

Payments for services, packages, and products are non-refundable. In the event of an adverse reaction, appropriate solutions will be discussed with your provider.
