Terms and Conditions for Loyalty Program

• Eligibility: The Loyalty Program is open to all clients of Great Falls Aesthetics who enroll during their appointment or through our official contact channels. Membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered client.

• Program Enrollment: Clients are automatically enrolled in the program upon completing their first qualifying treatment. No additional fees or purchases are required to participate.

• Qualifying Treatments: Only chemical peels and neurotoxin treatments count toward the loyalty rewards. Treatments must be paid for in full to qualify for rewards.

• Reward Redemption: Rewards can only be redeemed for future treatments and cannot be applied retroactively to past appointments. Discounts and complimentary treatments earned through the program cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts. Complimentary treatments or discounts must be redeemed within 6 months of earning them.

• Program Changes: Great Falls Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program, including rewards and benefits, at any time without prior notice. Existing rewards will be honored for up to 30 days after program changes or termination.

• Expiration: If a client does not visit Great Falls Aesthetics for a period of 12 months, their loyalty rewards may expire, and their program status may be reset.

• Discretionary Rewards: Complimentary birthday add-ons, exclusive offers, and priority booking are subject to availability and may vary.

• No Cash Value: Loyalty rewards and discounts have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for monetary compensation.
